Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse recommended.
• Home care experience recommended.
• Adaptability, compassion, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• As a Home Health RN, conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families.
• Treatments, IV starts, Chest Tube Management, and Wound care.
