Job summary

A healthcare provider in Virginia seeks a Registered Nurse to oversee the care of assigned patients in home settings. Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid Virginia RN license.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing and experience as a staff nurse.
• Experience in home care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Manage patient discomfort and provide end-of-life care.
• Complete required clinical documentation per RHS standards.
• Supervise LPN/LVN's and Home Health Aides according to guidelines.
• Coordinate services with interdisciplinary teams.
