Job summary

Augusta Health home health is seeking RN nurses for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles in the Augusta County service area. The position supports an interdisciplinary team delivering care in patients' homes and requires travel between visits.

Strong communication, organization, and the ability to teach patients and families are essential. Hours are typically Monday–Friday with limited weekends and holidays, and a comprehensive orientation is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be RN licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Current CPR certification required.
• 1 year of recent RN experience preferred; home health experience preferred.

• Pay or shift range: $38.03 USD to $56.16 USD
  The pay range reflects the current compensation range for this position at the time of posting. Individual offers are determined based on directly related experience, skills, education, internal equity, and other job-related factors. Not all candidates will qualify for the upper end of the posted range.

Augusta Health home health has a rewarding opportunity (full time, part time, PRN nurses to join our team). This is a dynamic position working directly with an interdisciplinary team in the homecare setting. Candidates must be organized, able to teach, and be willing to travel from patient to patient.

This RN role must have strong communication with other interdisciplinary team members and family members to be successful. Must have strong critical thinking skills. Excellent orientation provided with support from supervisory team.

Our home health nurses work independently using a wide variety of nursing skills in the Augusta County Service area. Work as a member of a strong interdisciplinary team. We offer a robust orientation plan. On the job training will be provided. No Home Health experience necessary.

Our Non-Exempt Home Health nurses work primarily Monday-Friday, 0800-1630 with a limited weekend commitment. We have a limited holiday commitment. Our mileage reimbursement is based on the federal rates. We are partnered with a triage company to ensure our nurses do not have a call requirement. Staff safety is a top priority. We have a reasonable daily productivity standard that helps to promote a work-life balance.

Requirements

• Must be RN licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia
