BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, helping them remain at home.

This role emphasizes independent clinical decision‑making, wound care, med reconciliation, and real‑time documentation with point‑of‑care technology. BAYADA offers a competitive weekly pay schedule, benefits, and a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in good standing in the state specified (Virginia as written).
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric population in acute care, home health, or similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify changes in patient condition.
• Provide acute and post-acute care, wound care, IV therapy, and post-surgical care.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home setting.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, patient teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.
