Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse in Vienna, WV. The role focuses on 1:1 patient care, medication administration, and creating personalized home health plans in a supportive team setting.

Ideal candidates have an RN license (WV) with CPR certification and at least 1 year of nursing experience; drivers with reliable vehicle are preferred. Full-time hours available.

Qualifications

• RN license in WV with current unrestricted registration and license is required.
• At least 1 year of nursing practice in a patient care setting; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and car insurance per Adoration policy.
• New graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management for patients.
• Educate and support patients' families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
