Job summary

Adoration Health in Beckley, WV is seeking a dedicated RN to join our home health team. You will provide expert 1:1 patient care in patients' homes, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with MDs to meet each patient’s goals.

This role offers a supportive environment, regular advancement opportunities, and a stable schedule in a growing organization. A WV RN license, up-to-date CPR, and a valid driver's license are required; home health or geriatrics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (WV) and unrestricted registration.
• 1 year nursing practice in patient care; home health/geriatric care preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and clean driving record as per policy.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management and patient education.
• Educate and support families and caregivers; collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation; participate in on-call rotation.
