Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health in Lakeland, FL and surrounding areas. This full-time role offers opportunities to collaborate with physicians and clinical managers, manage care plans, and deliver high-quality home-based nursing care.

Ideal candidates have an active Florida RN license, a minimum of 1 year in Acute Care or Med/Surg, and a commitment to patient advocacy. Home Health experience is a plus; a valid driver’s license and insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in Florida.
• Valid Florida driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and clean MVR.
• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care or Med/Surg experience; Home Health experience is a plus.
• Strong initiative and independent judgement.
• Alignment with the agency's mission and values.
