Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. in Magee, MS is seeking a PRN RN Field Nurse in Home Health. You will assess patients, implement care plans, supervise CNAs, and coordinate with physicians. Requires MS RN license, CPR, and 1 year of experience. Schedule 1–3 days; on-call one weekend per month. Salary range $71,000–$79,000 per year, paid per point. Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess the nursing needs of assigned patients and implement the care plan.
• Promote and maintain optimal client care and diagnose health problems.
• Make the initial nursing evaluation visit and re-evaluate as needed.
• Initiate and revise the plan of care; provide services within nursing scope.
• Supervise and teach other clinical personnel; document care delivered.
• Educate patients and families on nursing needs and care plans.
