Penn Medicine at Home is now offering two RN tracks for employment: Clinical Nurse - NCL and Clinical Nurse II, with selection based on degree level and years of experience. These roles practice as full partners on the health care team and provide patient care across the continuum.

Applicants must hold PA or NJ RN licensure and a nursing degree appropriate to the track, demonstrating professional practice competencies, teamwork, and safety and evidence-based care.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or ASN in Nursing from an accredited program.
• BSN from an accredited school of nursing (for Clinical Nurse II).
• 15+ months of relevant nursing experience (per track).
• PA or NJ RN licensure; BLS/CPR as per American Heart Association.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient care through the nursing process and assume accountability for assigned patients (infants to elderly).
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to coordinate care across the continuum.
• Demonstrate competencies in CQI, EBP, leadership, safety, and teamwork.
• Adhere to professional practice standards and regulatory requirements.
