Clinicians are integrated with UK King’s Daughters staff for scheduling and daily management, while Ingenovis handles onboarding, payroll and benefits. As a Home Health RN, you will visit patient homes to provide care, monitor conditions, and report on plans of care.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in at least one US state (or appropriate accreditation).
• Willingness to travel and adapt to home health settings.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their homes to provide treatment and palliative care.
• Take vitals, draw labs, perform wound care or dressing changes.
• Assist with activities of daily living and monitor patient condition.
