Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed professional to administer skilled home health care. You will educate patients and families, collaborate with the health care team, and follow physician orders per the established plan of care.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of licensed experience, CPR certification, and comfort using mobile devices. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with opportunities in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year of experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care.
