Health At Home in Florida seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide skilled, in-home care. You will perform OASIS assessments, tailor care plans, administer treatments, and educate patients and families to improve health and safety at home.

You will collaborate with physicians and a multi-disciplinary team, document thoroughly in EMR, supervise aides when needed, and stay current with Medicare guidelines and home health standards.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred).
• Holds an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• One year of recent clinical nursing experience preferred; OASIS/home health experience welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform OASIS assessments and data collection with accuracy for each patient.
• Respond to referrals promptly; design individualized plans of care with measurable goals.
• Deliver skilled nursing interventions (wound care, meds, IV therapy) per care plan.
