Amedisys is hiring a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager in Chesapeake, VA. This full-time, days position oversees nursing staff, ensures high-quality patient care, and coordinates home health operations. Must hold a VA RN license, have OASIS experience, and possess management experience.

Qualifications

• Current VA RN license.
• 1 year RN experience in home health or hospice with OASIS.
• 1 year RN management experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Recommend employment decisions for staff to the director of operations.
• Oversee quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides.
• Organize clinical operations for the care center.
• Review service requests and determine patient eligibility for home care.
• Oversee scheduling and payor verification requirements.
• Ensure documentation is complete and timely; assist with care plans.
• May provide direct patient care in emergencies and participate in on-call.
• Train staff to ensure quality care and fiscal responsibility.
• Address patient/family/physician concerns.
