Job summary

AccentCare is hiring a Registered Nurse for Home Health in California. The RN Case Manager will provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes and coordinate care across the network. This full-time role requires travel to multiple locations, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm.

Salary ranges from $113,210.97 to $138,368.97 annually, paid on a pay-per-point basis. The posting notes that compensation is an estimate for full-time status and bases experience accordingly.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing.
• One (1) year experience as an RN.
• Must possess and maintain CPR certification.
• Must be a licensed driver with a vehicle and be able to travel to all locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home health nursing care.
• Coordinate patient care across assigned locations.
• Travel to multiple business locations as needed.
