Maxim Healthcare is seeking a skilled RN to deliver 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes across our service area. You will monitor conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with families and care teams to ensure safety and comfort.

This full-time, part-time, and PRN role offers flexible scheduling, weekly direct deposit, and ongoing clinical support, with opportunities to build meaningful relationships while making a difference in patients' lives.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Preferred: 1+ year of nursing experience

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications
• Document care and communicate updates appropriately
