Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health RN in Griffin, GA. You will provide 1:1 patient-centered care in the home, with flexible PRN scheduling and strong team support.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) with current unrestricted license in state of practice and residence.
• Minimum one year nursing practice; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance per Adoration policy.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support the patient2s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
