Adoration Health in Savannah, GA is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered, 1:1 care in the home. As part of a supportive team, you will follow MD orders, develop care plans, administer medications, and monitor outcomes.

This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for external candidates, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition discounts, and PTO.

Competenze

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing.
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; home health/geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
• Current CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and the patient’s goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch
