Adoration Health is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) in Gainesville, GA. This full-time role offers a $20k sign-on bonus for external candidates, with coverage for Hall County and a Monday–Friday schedule. Ideal candidates have home health or hospice experience and an active RN license in GA.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice and residence required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing practice; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support the patient's family and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch
