Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a passionate Home Health RN to join our team in Kingsport, TN. In this role, you will provide expert, patient-centered care while having the flexibility of a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted registration and license in Tennessee is required.
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting is required.
• Current CPR certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Create home health care plans aligning with MD orders.
• Direct nursing care including administering medications.
