Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for home health in Reidsville, NC. The role offers full-time hours with 1:1 patient care in a supportive setting.

The RN will develop care plans, administer treatments, educate families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes. A valid NC nursing license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification required.
• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) with current license in state of practice and residence.
• One year of nursing practice in a patient care setting required; home health/geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patient families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
