We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Springfield area. This position is eligible for $15,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $5,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first 18 months of employment! To receive these bonuses, you must be in good standing & meet performance expectations, and in the role and status for which you were hired!

What You’ll Do:
Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you
Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning
Educate and empower patients and families on disease management and treatment plans so they feel confident, informed, and cared for
Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation

RN Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver's license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
