Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice is hiring an RN to provide skilled nursing in patients' homes in the Springfield area. Earn up to $15,000 in total bonuses, including $10,000 first-year success bonus and a $5,000 sign-on, with additional rewards for continued performance.

You will perform patient assessments, medication management, care planning, and education for patients and families, while documenting thoroughly in the EMR and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of work.
• Minimum one year RN experience delivering patient care.
• Excellent communication with patients and families.
• Willingness to travel to patient homes and drive ~20% of time.

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Springfield area. This position is eligible for $15,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $5,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first 18 months of employment! • Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you

• Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning

• Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work

• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care

• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver's license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
