Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Home Health RN to visit patients in their homes, providing treatment and palliative care as part of a flexible workforce. You will perform vitals, wound care, wound dressing changes, and assistance with ADLs while monitoring patient status and communicating updates to the care plan.

This role supports a nationwide travel nursing network with onboarding through Ingenovis Health and collaboration with partner facilities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent experience in home health or acute care.
• Active RN license in any U.S. state or appropriate accreditation.
• Additional certifications may be requested by the facility.
• Must have an enthusiastic, adventurous spirit and desire to help.

Responsibilities

Job description

As a Home Health RN, you'll visit the home of each patient to provide treatment and/or palliative care. Daily tasks for a Home Health nurse include: taking vitals, drawing labs, doing wound care or dressing changes, assisting with ADLs, and other tasks. You'll monitor the patient's condition and then report on their current plan of care.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
