Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to visit patients in their homes across New Jersey, providing treatment and palliative care. You will take vitals, draw labs, perform wound care or dressing changes, assist with ADLs, and monitor and report on the plan of care.

Requirements include 1–2 years of recent experience in the primary care setting and an active RN license in the US. Travel flexibility and a compassionate, adventurous spirit are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent experience in home health or the primary care setting.
• Active nursing license in at least one of the 50 US states.
• Additional requirements or certifications may be requested by the specific facility/unit.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and a service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients' homes to provide treatment and/or palliative care, including vitals, labs, wound care, and ADL assistance.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the plan of care.
• Support patients and families in managing symptoms and daily activities.

Job description

As a Home Health RN, you'll visit the home of each patient to provide treatment and/or palliative care. You'll monitor the patient's condition and then report on their current plan of care.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job’s primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specific facility/unit
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
