Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in the Fairfax, VA area. This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no on‑call requirements, providing work‑life balance while delivering high‑quality patient care in a home setting.

You will perform skilled nursing care, complete OASIS assessments, and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance using HCHB.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia.
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience within the last 3 years.
• HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required.
• OASIS experience required.
• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation using HCHB (Homecare Homebase).
• Conduct OASIS assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.

Weekly Pay: $2100 (Mileage Reimbursement Included)

Requirements
