Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Venice, FL is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) with a flexible schedule and pay-per-visit structure. You will perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes in the home setting.

You will use AI-assisted documentation and WellSky/Kinnser EMR to streamline charting while enjoying autonomy and opportunities for additional earnings through PRN shifts and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license and unencumbered status.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
