Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking compassionate clinicians to deliver intermittent skilled care in patients' homes in Ocala, Florida. You will educate patients and families, coordinate with physicians, and follow the established plan of care to support recovery and comfort.

Qualified candidates are licensed in Florida, have at least one year of licensed clinical experience, and are comfortable using mobile devices.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed to practice in the state.
• At least one year of licensed professional experience.
• Basic technology skills including operation of a mobile device.

Responsabilidades

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other health care team members.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
