Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed professional to administer intermittent skilled care at patients’ homes. You will educate patients and families and coordinate with the health care team under the physician’s plan of care.

Qualifications include Texas RN license, nursing degree, and at least one year of licensed practice. A valid driver’s license and CPR certification are required, with a focus on safe, quality in-home care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice (Texas).
• Minimum of one year experience as a licensed professional.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
