Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse with current BLS certification.
• One year of acute care nursing experience required.
• Prior experience in home health care preferred.
• Prior home health experience preferred.
• Valid MT driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate care for assigned patients.
• Develop and implement individualized home health plans.
• Document care and compliance with regulations.
• Follow all licensing, agency policies and Benefis procedures.

In conjunction with the prescribing physician and home health care team, develops and implements a home health plan that meets each patient's specific needs and is in compliance with federal and state regulations, reimbursement guidelines, as well as agency policies and procedures.Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency.
