Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver direct and indirect care to clients in their home. The RN supervises caregivers, performs administrative and field tasks as required by state regulations, and ensures compliance with the plan of care.

Responsibilities include nursing assessments, medication management, and collaboration with the Director or Nursing Supervisor to address health needs. Excellent communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• One or more years of nursing experience preferred.
• Current and unrestricted nursing license in the operating state.
• CPR professional certification.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company.
• Capable of working independently with highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Document nursing actions and inform physicians and family.
• Administer and monitor medications as prescribed.
• Conduct nursing assessments as needed.
• Follow policies and procedures per operation, state and regulatory standards.
• Complete supervisory visits including plan of care review and caregiver competency assessment.
