Etairos Health in Florida is seeking a bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) to join as a Home Health Supervisor (PRN / Per Visit). The role focuses on clinical oversight, care coordination, and leadership in the field across Pinellas and Hillsborough counties.

You will have a designated home office but will primarily work in the field, conducting supervisory visits, developing care plans, and supporting caregivers to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualificações

• Active Florida RN license (required).
• Bilingual English/Spanish (required).
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience (home health or supervisory experience preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

• Develop, review, and update individualized care plans for clients.
• Serve as a clinical resource for caregivers and provide guidance as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency and state requirements.

• Monitor patient progress and address any care concerns proactively.

We are currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in a home health supervisory role. This position is ideal for an experienced nurse who enjoys autonomy, leadership, and relationship-building in the field.

About the Role

This is not a traditional skilled nursing position. Instead, this RN will operate in a clinical oversight and care coordination capacity, supporting caregivers and ensuring quality patient care across Pinellas and Hillsborough counties.

You will have a designated “home” office but will primarily work in the field managing your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct supervisory visits for caregivers to ensure quality of care and compliance

• Develop, review, and update individualized care plans for clients

• Serve as a clinical resource for caregivers and provide guidance as needed

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency and state requirements

• Collaborate with internal teams (recruiting, scheduling, HR) to support patient care continuity

• Active Level 2 Background Screening (FL Clearinghouse)

• Florida RN License

• In-person CPR Certification

• TB Test (within last 12 months)
