Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a Homecare Registered Nurse (Pediatric) to provide compassionate, family-centered nursing care in pediatric home health and school settings.

You will conduct patient assessments and develop, implement, and update individualized care plans for children with medical and developmental needs. The role emphasizes collaboration with families, physicians, therapists, and school personnel, while maintaining precise documentation and adherence to safety standards.

Formación

• Current RN licensure with experience or strong interest in pediatric home health.
• Strong clinical assessment and care-planning skills.
• Competence in medication administration and therapeutic interventions.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
• Monitor condition, respond to clinical changes, and support safe care delivery.
• Educate and support families to promote understanding and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and school personnel.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
