Job summary

Well Care Home Health is seeking a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled weekend care to patients in their homes across North Carolina. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and quality of life.

You’ll educate patients and families on managing chronic conditions, collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team, and document care accurately in our EMR.
