Job summary

American River Home Care is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse in California to join our home health team. You will provide direct patient care, coordinate with caregivers, and navigate an EMR system to document visits. The role emphasizes high-quality patient outcomes within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current CPR card.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in California without restrictions.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• 1 year of RN experience in acute care setting.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed driver with a reliable automobile that is insured in accordance with state/organization requirements and is in good working order
