Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home clinical care to elderly, chronically ill, and disabled clients across New Mexico.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, perform wound care, educate patients and families about care plans, and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams while documenting all activities in the EHR.
