Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Georgia.
• Experience in home health, long-term care, or geriatrics is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs using proper body mechanics.
• Compassionate, reliable, and self-motivated—with a cool head in tough situations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients in their homes.

• Monitor symptoms, document progress, and follow established care plans.
