Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Coordinator (RN) to lead QA/PI efforts for HomeCare services, aligning practices with regulatory and accreditation standards. You will drive audits, data analysis, and performance monitoring to ensure high-quality, safe, patient-centered care.

In this role, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, update policies, educate staff, and report KPIs.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure and applicable clinical knowledge.
• Experience with QA/PI processes and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of compliance, documentation standards, and audit processes.

Lead quality and patient safety efforts for HomeCare services by driving QA/PI initiatives and monitoring performance against regulatory and accreditation standards.

• Conduct chart audits and review clinical and operational documentation.
