Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in New Mexico. You will work under a Physical Therapist, treating patients with mobility challenges using prescribed modalities to improve mobility and independence in daily activities.

Requirements include a current PTA license in the state, a valid driver’s license, and dependable transportation for in-home visits in the local service area.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance and dependable transportation.
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• PTA works under the direction of a Physical Therapist to treat patients with mobility impairments using physical modalities.
• Help patients improve mobility and functional independence for daily living.
