Job summary

Projob LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver home health therapy in Orlando, FL, and nearby areas under the supervision of a licensed PT. The role focuses on mobility improvement, balance, and functional independence for patients in a home setting.

The ideal candidate has an active Florida PTA license, 1 year of home health preferred, and strong documentation and communication skills to coordinate with the supervising PT and care team.

Qualifications

Active Florida license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
Minimum of 1 year of home health experience preferred.
Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver physical therapy services according to the established Plan of Care.
Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, endurance, and balance.
Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safety techniques.
Maintain compliance with all state, federal, Medicare, and agency regulations.
