Job summary

Varco Home Health seeks a PTA to provide one-on-one physical therapy in patients' homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. This PRN role offers a flexible schedule for work-life balance or additional income, with travel across the DFW area.

You will educate patients and caregivers, monitor progress, and document visits, contributing to meaningful, patient-centered care in home health settings.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
