Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides PTA assigned services in the home setting under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Participates in communications and case conferences to promote continuity and quality of care.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and technical skills for treatments per agency protocols.
• Maintains compliance with Agency Code of Ethics and policies.
• Ensures adherence to state/federal regulations and payer requirements.
• Performs safety, infection control, and related duties as needed.
• Completes charting during visits with AI-powered support.
