Position Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes, focusing on post‑surgical recovery, balance, home safety, range of motion (ROM), strength training, and equipment evaluation.
• Provide 45‑minute treatments, with 2 to 3 visits per week per patient.
• Document progress with easy‑to‑use laptop software.
• Manage a caseload of 1 to 7 patients per week.
