VNA of Florida is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home physical therapy services in Palm Beach County. Weekend schedule and competitive pay are available for qualified candidates.

The role involves comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and working independently to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function while educating patients and caregivers. Collaboration with physicians and clinicians and thorough documentation are required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PT License.
• Strong assessment and treatment skills.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
