Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in MO is required.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides PT assigned services to patients in the home setting under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Participates in communication and case conference activities to promote continuity and quality of care.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and technical skills to perform treatments per agency protocols.
• Maintains compliance with agency ethics and standards.
• Performs duties as assigned by Supervisor.
