Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a role in Massachusetts, visiting adult and geriatric patients in their homes across Quincy, Braintree and surrounding towns. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with a full-time staff position and comprehensive benefits.

As an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, you will perform mobility tests, develop individualized care plans, educate families, and document care using a touch pad tablet.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; prior home health experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Make visits to clients in their homes.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements related to mobility and function.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including manual therapy, gait training, balance and other interventions.
• Continually assess and revise the Physical Therapy care plan in collaboration with nursing.
