Job summary

Optimal Care is seeking a Strategic Development Representative to drive strategic growth by building trusted partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners in Michigan.

You will cultivate relationships with referral sources, educate stakeholders, and identify new opportunities to expand market presence and increase referrals, positioning Optimal Care as the preferred provider across our service areas.

Qualifications

• RN licensed with current state license.
• Minimum 1 year nursing clinical care experience.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare strategic development (home health or hospice preferred).
• Experience in medical sales or in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, or Independent Living environments with physician/referral sources.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid automobile insurance coverage.

Location

• Office Location: 24255 W 13 Mile Rd, Suite 250, Bingham Farms, MI 48025
• Main Service Area: Oakland/Livingston/Washtenaw

Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 1 year experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare strategic development, ideally within home health or hospice.
• Demonstrated experience in medical sales or within Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, or Independent Living environments, maintaining strong professional relationships with physicians and referral sources
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and valid automobile insurance coverage

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to plan, organize, and self-direct work with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated customer service excellence, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Skilled in relationship management, strategic planning, data tracking and analysis, and community networking to grow home care services

Pay Range

$80,000—$90,000 USD
