Job summary

Lifespan Therapy is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Westside Los Angeles division, serving Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice and surrounding areas. You will implement plans of care created by the supervising Physical Therapist, helping geriatric patients regain mobility in a home health setting.

Qualifications

• Valid California PTA license.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• Driver's license and auto insurance.
• Physical and TB test within the last year.
• Professional liability and business license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA care under the supervising PT's plan of care.
• Perform therapeutic interventions focusing on functional strengthening, gait, balance, and safety.
• Report patient progress to the supervising PT and document changes.
• Manage caseload and schedule based on the plan of care.
• Document efficiently using a single EMR system.
