Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full-Time Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work with adults and geriatric patients in their homes in Brockton and surrounding towns. Working under a Physical Therapist, you will provide one-on-one therapy and client education to promote optimal physical well-being.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts PTA license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Experience working in home health settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to adult and geriatric patients in patients' homes in Brockton area.
• Perform treatment, tests, and client education as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans and interventions.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapist to monitor progress and adjust care as needed.

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Full-TimePhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Working collaboratively with a Physical Therapist, you will provide therapy to adult and geriatric patients in their homes in Brockton, Bridgewater, East Bridgewater and surrounding towns. Prior home care experience is preferred but not required. As a home health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) you will assist clients in attaining optimal physical well being by providing treatment, tests, client education and appropriate interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
