Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Morton Grove, Illinois. The role supports patients in Chicago, Lincolnwood, and surrounding areas, with a $5,000 first year success bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements include an associate degree in physical therapy, a PTA license, and the ability to drive ~20% of the day. 40 hours weekly, shift 8 hours, staff employment type. Prior home health or acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
