A-List Therapy Group in Southern California is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our network of 500+ agencies. Provide skilled PTA services in patients' homes under supervision, improving mobility and independence.

Flexible schedule and referral-driven caseload help you tailor your workload. Responsibilities include implementing the established plan of care, assisting with exercises, and documenting progress.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

As a home health Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and functional independence in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide physical therapy treatments according to the established plan of care
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility
• Monitor and communicate patient progress to the supervising Physical Therapist

Requirements:

• Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to provide services as an independent contractor

Home health experience is welcome but not required. Our team can help PTAs new to home health become familiar with referral coordination and documentation workflows.
