Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is recruiting a Physical Therapist to plan and execute patient care plans, tailor PT programs to evaluations, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in Venus, TX. A current PT license, CPR, Hepatitis profile, and 2 years of experience are required, with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well-being.
• Plans, organizes, and conducts physical therapy treatment programs based on the medical referral and their evaluation.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team.
• Current CPR and Hepatitis profile.
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment.
